Registration Fees

Registration fees for delegates to the conference are:

The rates quoted below are per delegate.

Full delegate price is as follows:

Rate A - £1109.00
Rate B - £549.00

Rate A is the standard rate.

It is payable by every company attending except those who are 100% owned by shareholders within the East European region, who qualify for Rate B.

Registration fees include:

  • attendance at all sessions of the conference
  • all conference documentation, including copies of all presentations and delegate lists
  • lunch on both days of the conference and coffee/tea breaks
  • welcome cocktail reception on January 27th

Registration fees do not include:

  • travel to and from Lithuania
  • hotel and other personal expenses in Vilnius (special room rates are available at the conference hotel for conference delegates and speakers - see hotel details and the delegate registration form)
  • tickets to the conference charity dinner

Cancellation policy:

  • For registrations cancelled by December 31st 2008, a full refund will be given, less an administration charge of €350.
  • After December 31st 2008, we regret that no refunds for cancellations are possible.
  • These conditions apply even if the registration is cancelled before it has been paid for.
  • Substitutes are acceptable at any time provided confirmation is received in writing.
