Tariq Malik had been appointed in strategic management role as Deputy Chairman by board members of National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) in May 2008. Mr.Malik brings 18 years of strategic management experience in implementing high profile citizen centric technology solutions for the governments of the United States of America, Canada, Germany, Bahrain and Pakistan.
He is well-known in the project and technology management as successful CIO, Senior Consultant Information Systems, Speaker, Writer, Trainer and Researcher of Information Technology in Public Sector. Prior to joining NADRA, he worked as Deputy Chief of Technology at Wayne County in State of Michigan, USA. Mr. Malik has the honor to work as IT -Advisor of the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Ms. Benazir Bhutto.
Mr. Malik has done Masters in International Management from Heidelberg, Germany, after having completed Masters in Computer Science. As professional, Mr. Malik participated as guest speaker and attended various executive leadership programs offered by John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Massachusetts, Stanford University, California, and American Management Association, USA.

In 2004 graduated from the University becoming bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Since April 2004 Darius has been employed in Printing House Lodvila printing machine operator. In February 2007 he became a technologist in Printing House Lodvila.
Born on 19th May 1982 in Vilnius. In 2000 successfully graduated from the Vilnius Traku Voke secondary-school. In the same year 2000, Darius joined the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. 2004 graduated from the University becoming bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Ülle Holm originates from Estonia, the smallest country of the three States at the Baltic Sea. Since February, 2009 she is pleased to be working at EUROPOL in the technical group of the Forgery of Money Unit.
Ülle Holm originates from Estonia, the smallest country of the three States at the Baltic Sea. She studied German language and literature and graduated the Tartu University in Estonia with master degree in 1983 and after that worked in school as a teacher. From 1992 to 2004 she worked in the Estonian Police Board in the department for foreign relation organizing trainings and seminars for the police force in Estonia. In 2004 she transferred to Central Criminal Police of Estonia and worked there in the Department for Criminal Intelligence covering forgery of currency issues. Since February, 2009 she is pleased to be working at EUROPOL in the technical group of the Forgery of Money Unit.
Milan Kubát joined the Police of the Czech Republic in 1986. In 2002 he graduated from Police Academy of the Czech Republic. As a document expert he regularly takes part in plenty of international projects focused on document security.

In 2002 he graduated from Police Academy of the Czech Republic and since the same year he has systematically sticked at questions of documents. In 2008 he joined Document department of the Directorate of Alien Police Service in Prague and is leading person in trainings focused on detection of falsified documents. As a document expert he regularly takes part in plenty of international projects focused on document security. One of his hobbies is numismatology.
